System  Blueprinting

enLabel's system blueprinting service provides clients with a detailed system specification that outlines the path to creating a successful solution that meets their unique needs. The system blueprint includes two distinct parts that together portray the current and future states of the system.

• As-is processes details current packaging processes and systems in place at the client site. This includes the common process for the business unit as well as any exceptions on a plant basis.

• To-be processes include a description of the way enLabel envisions the future functioning of the packaging system at the client site including plant specific functionality. These processes account for any plant and business unit specific requirements, as well as legacy hardware and software requirements. The blueprint provides details of the system architecture and workflow solutions.
