Ramin Khoshatefeh, Chairperson and CEO

Mr. Khoshatefeh is a visionary and energetic leader, creating rapid growth and success for many businesses since 1983. He is a pioneer in the fields of bar coding, labeling, and automatic data capture and the author and creator of “Principles of Zero Defect Labeling”.

In addition to his role as CEO of ISD Technology Group, Mr. Khoshatefeh is on the board of several companies. As the CEO of Captiva Capital Ventures, a management consulting and investment firm, he has successfully applied business practices and executed strategic plans for many rapidly growing cutting edge companies. His areas of expertise are in global branding and labeling, regulatory compliance, process management and optimization, enterprise resource planning, marketing and sales. His talent has been instrumental in increasing the bottom line for many clients throughout the world.

Mr. Khoshatefeh is in constant demand as a speaker, active in many associations, and frequently contributes articles to leading business publications. His wealth of knowledge and indispensable foresight has developed some of the industry’s most valuable strategies for business improvement.

Mr. Khoshatefeh is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research.

Frank D. Brilliant, VP Sales & Marketing

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Frank. Brilliant is responsible for driving overall revenue growth, marketing strategies and implementation.

Frank comes to enLabel Global Services with over two decades of successful sales, marketing and product development experience with an emphasis on technology products and services for enterprise-class companies.  Prior to joining the company, Frank  was VP of WW Sales & Marketing for Mirror Image Internet, Corporate Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product Development at Arch Wireless, Vice President of Sales at BizRate.com, and 12 years in various Sales management  positions at Forrester Research.

Bernie Barbour, Director of Technology

Bernie Barbour leads the strategy and execution of all engineering initiatives for enLabel Global Services. He works closely with life sciences and medical device manufacturers to build creative solutions that merge technology with business strategies.

Bernie has extensive experience in the technology industry. Over the last 15 years he has performed the role of Architect, Engineering Manager and Director in a variety of corporations. He possesses broad engineering and software development experience in the areas of enterprise systems, distributed object systems, massively-scalable architectures, relational databases, and high availability systems. In addition to Integrated Packaging Management, he has been responsible for developing systems in the application areas of Knowledge Management, Content Management, CRM, e-commerce, and Healthcare IS.

Previous to joining enLabel Global Services, Bernie was Director of Application Services with C.P. Baker & Company a private equity investment firm, incubating early stage web based e-commerce companies. He was a Software Architect for mGen Inc. a private e-Learning solutions provider and Engineering Manager for Stream International an outsource technical support provider for Microsoft, Dell and HP as well as other fortune 500 clients.

Bernie received his undergraduate degree from Providence College. He holds Microsoft Certifications and has an excellent working knowledge of PMI’s project management processes as well as FDA, GMP and ISO Quality operating standards.

Alis Ourouj, Director of KSC (Knowledge, Services & Compliance)

Ms. Ourouj joined enLabel after seven years as Technical Support Manager at ISD Technology Group. During her tenure at ISD Ms. Ourouj oversaw over 100 successful Integrated Packaging Management implementations for clients in a variety of industries. In addition, she managed the client services, quality testing and regulatory groups.

Ms. Ourouj brings a world of experience in analysis, solution planning, requirements discovery, solution configuration and implementation. Her specialty is in the interpretation of compliance and regulatory guidelines. Her expert counseling has been instrumental in many client’s avoiding delays in production and shipment and preventing litigation due to mislabeling, wrong packaging and other operational errors.

Ms. Ourouj holds a Bachelors degree in business and marketing from Bryant College in Rhode Island. She is certified for validation and regulatory audits.
