This position has great growth potential for a human resource professional to work as an in-house recruiter. We are an emerging company with an on-going need to add quality employees to our staff.
The successful candidate must have the experience and the ability to sell our value proposition to the best and brightest potential employees.
Core Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for positions such as: engineering, project management, sales, marketing, training,& administration.

Represent enLabel as employer of choice by selling enLabel to prospective candidates.

Partner with hiring managers to source and screen pre-qualified candidates for job openings.

Proactively seek candidates that fit our ideal profile.
Requirements/Qualifications:
 |
Previous corporate recruiting background and strong leadership abilities. |

Minimum of five years experience generating candidates. |
 |
Prior experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies. |
 |
Skills in the following areas: negotiation, persuasion, networking, multi-tasking, communication, PC proficiency, knowledge of recruiting tools, techniques and systems. |
 |
Bachelor’s degree required. |
