Technical Support - Entry Level

Core Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer support for external as well as internal customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Develop and maintain expertise for all software and hardware product lines.
Solve customer problems by telephone, web support, VPN, and on-site visits.
Provide pre-sales support to Sales and Marketing, including providing demonstration files and training.
Execute product upgrades and conversions.
Participate in shows, seminars, and training, as required.
Serve as customer advocate.
Provide 24- hour coverage as needed.
Research resolutions for custom products on Oracle and SQL environments.
Requirements gathering, analysis, and researching change requests and custom coding requirements.
Serve as additional QA resource as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

	Must have strong, current technical skills, experience with delivery of product and services and methodologies for quality assurance and software qualification.
	Must also have strong communication skills, a teamwork attitude and commitment to meet deadlines.
	Minimum 0-3 years systems and application, installation, configuration and deployment experience with strong client interface.
	BS in computer science, CIS or BIS.
	Oracle and SQL database required.
	Development experience with any .Net Framework a plus.
	Development with CH, etc. (a plus).
